60ml Hope Esperanza Agave Spirit, 120ml pear juice, 30ml fresh lemon juice, Fresh vanilla bean seeds from one vanilla pod, Cinnamon vanilla sugar for rim (mix cinnamon and vanilla powder with sugar)
A fresh slice of pear.
In a cocktail shaker combine the pear juice, Esperanza, lemon juice, fresh vanilla seeds and ice. Shake until well mixed. Dip the rim of the glass in a little bit of lemon juice on a saucer. Then dip into the cinnamon vanilla sugar mixture. Fill the glass and garnish with a fresh pear slice.
